You retain all rights to the content you upload to ChatCrew. We do not claim ownership of your training data, conversations, or generated content. However, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide and improve our services.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to overwhelm or damage our systems

ChatCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. AI Model Disclaimers

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before using it in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
